These terms govern the PickGeeks Streak Program, a free engagement-rewards feature operated by Full Throttle Media, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and supplement the Terms of Service.
A streak is the count of consecutive calendar days on which you place at least one paper bet through the Service. A calendar day on which you do not place a paper bet resets your streak to zero.
Reaching streak milestones of 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, and 90 consecutive days grants in-app credit rewards. Each tier can be earned once per streak. The 7-day tier additionally grants a complimentary PickGeeks Pro trial (see Pro Subscription Terms). During your initial (first) such Pro trial, the streak timer is paused; a Pro trial earned from a later streak does not pause the timer.
Credits are a virtual, promotional in-app item with no cash value. They are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be purchased with real money. Credits may only be used within the Service as we designate.
Unearned tier rewards are forfeited if the streak resets. All credits and streak progress are forfeited upon account closure, suspension, or termination, and upon self-exclusion. Credits do not survive account deletion.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Streak Program, its tiers, reward amounts, or credit utility at any time, with or without notice. No compensation is owed for changes to or discontinuation of the program.
Manipulating streaks or credits through automation, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs violates the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in forfeiture and account action.
