PickGeeks (operated by Full Throttle Media, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company) provides sports picks and related content for entertainment and informational purposes only. This Responsible Gaming Policy supplements the Terms of Service and describes our approach to healthy play, self-exclusion, and where to find help.

Picks, predictions, and analysis provided through the Service are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not gambling, wagering, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or outcomes. If you choose to place wagers based on information from the Service, or with any sportsbook, casino, or other third party, you do so entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2. Age Requirement

We encourage you to set your own deposit, loss, wager, and time limits with any sportsbook or gambling operator you use. PickGeeks does not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and cannot set or enforce limits on your behalf with any third-party operator.

5. Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a problem with gambling or with your use of the Service, you may request a self-exclusion at any time by emailing support@pickgeeks.com with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request." Upon receipt of your request, we will:

• Cancel any active subscription (subject to app store policies for refunds)
• Close or suspend your account
• Prevent you from re-registering with the same email for the self-exclusion period you select (minimum 30 days, up to permanent)

Self-exclusion from the Service does not self-exclude you from any sportsbook, casino, or state-sponsored gambling program. For state self-exclusion programs, visit your state gaming commission's website or the resource listed below.
