These Pro Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern paid PickGeeks Pro subscriptions offered by Full Throttle Media, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to PickGeeks Pro, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Terms of Service with respect to subscriptions, these terms control.
PickGeeks offers both a free tier and a paid Pro tier. The Pro tier unlocks additional features not available on the free tier. Subscription fees for the Pro tier are managed and processed through RevenueCat (web), the Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play (Android), depending on where you subscribe. The current price and billing period for each plan are displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm your subscription.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select) at the price disclosed at the point of purchase. Weekly plans are no longer offered; an existing weekly subscription keeps renewing weekly until it is canceled. Prices are shown before tax; any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (or by whatever deadline the applicable app store requires). Renewal charges are billed to the payment method on file (for web subscriptions through RevenueCat) or to your app-store account (for iOS or Android subscriptions).
3.1 The offer. From the day we first offer founding member prices on our website through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026 (the "Founding Period"), we offer PickGeeks Pro subscriptions purchased on the web at founding member prices (each a "Founding Price"), shown at checkout. If a free PickGeeks Pro trial on your account is running at the end of the Founding Period, you may subscribe at a Founding Price until that trial ends.
3.2 Keeping your Founding Price. Each renewal of a subscription purchased at a Founding Price is billed at that same Founding Price, plus any applicable tax, for as long as that subscription stays active. Section 7 (Price Changes) does not apply to it. Canceling does not end your Founding Price by itself: if you turn auto-renewal back on before your paid period ends, your subscription continues at your Founding Price.
3.3 When it ends. Your Founding Price ends, and cannot be restored, if (a) your subscription expires, for example when a canceled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, or when a renewal payment fails and is not recovered before the subscription expires; (b) your subscription is refunded; or (c) you change to a different plan. A new subscription after that is billed at the price shown at checkout at that time.
3.4 Limits. Founding Prices are available for web subscriptions only, one subscription per account, and are not transferable. Members with an active paid Pro subscription when the Founding Period begins may move to the Founding Price of their plan from their next renewal, as described in our email to them. We may end the Founding Period early only if a Founding Price was offered in error or is being abused; ending it early never changes the price of a subscription already purchased at a Founding Price.
3.5 After the Founding Period. New subscriptions are billed at the regular price shown at checkout.
If we offer a free trial of PickGeeks Pro, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial is available per user.
Separately, maintaining a 7-day engagement streak may grant you an internal Pro trial as described in the Streak Program Terms. That internal streak-based trial does not require a payment method and ends automatically without any charge when it expires.
Subscribing during a free PickGeeks Pro trial starts your paid subscription on the day you subscribe; the rest of the free trial does not carry over.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. The steps depend on where you subscribed:
After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
Pro subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are subject to that store's refund policy and must be submitted through the store, not to us. If you subscribed through the web, refund requests can be directed to support@pickgeeks.com.
Except for Founding Prices (Section 3), we may change Pro subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply starting with the next billing period after we provide notice. Your continued use of PickGeeks Pro after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If you cancel your Pro subscription, or if a renewal payment fails, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current period. Once downgraded, Pro-only features will no longer be available to you until you resubscribe.
If you have questions about Pro subscription billing, please contact us at support@pickgeeks.com.
These Pro Subscription Terms are effective as of October 15, 2026.
